With orders outside of Germany, Austria, Switzerland and/or the European Union you contact us please before the order by Email: contact@70sUP.de. Postage amounts to for transmissions to Austria, Switzerland and the countries of the European Union overall 12.50 EUR. From the European foreign country a payment is possible by Sofortüberweisung, transfer or Paypal. Please consider here the possibly resulting fees. A dispatch by cash on delivery is not possible outside of Germany and Austria into most countries.
§ 6 guarantee

§ 12 reminder /collection
If you do not follow your obligation to pay, receive after repetitive summons to pay a reminder with a one week date of payment by email. If you should ignore this reminder, our legal department begins the collection procedure. Our collection Office Mediafinanz GmbH & CO KG, Weiße Breite 5, 49084 Osnabrück takes over for us the further steps then automatically. Unfortunately from it extra costs result in the form of 19.90 EUR reminder and collection fees for you.
§ 13 non-liability for stranger left
70sUP refers on its sides also left to other sides in the Internet. § 16 right to object after Federal Law for Data Protection (German BDSG)
